We are seeking a Postdoctoral Associate in Multi-Robot Systems, to join the
Prorok Lab in the Department of Computer Science and Technology, at the
University of Cambridge, UK.
The candidate will develop novel algorithms for path
coordination/formation-control in multi-vehicle systems. The goals of this
project are to design algorithms that are resilient to a wide variety of
disruptions (faults, adversaries, non-cooperation). The project will
explore learning-based approaches, and involve experimentation on a fleet
of 1:18-scale vehicles.
There will be opportunities to work in collaborative projects with other
universities and industry. The candidate will also have the opportunity to
contribute to teaching and outreach activities.
Candidates should have a PhD (or be very close to submitting) and a strong
publication record in robotics. The ideal candidate should be familiar with
multi-robot systems, have excellent programming skills, and experience in
methods for trajectory planning, optimization, and/or reinforcement
