The Department of Computer Science at University of Southern California is offering a 10-week NSF-supported summer research program for undergraduates in Robotics and Autonomous Systems. Undergraduates will have the opportunity to work in the areas of cooperative robots, haptics, biologically-inspired robots, wireless sensing and communication, socially assistive robotics, software-defined radars for UAVs, perception-action-learning systems, and aquatic robots. The summer program will also feature visits to NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, as well as USC’s own Information Sciences Institute and the Institute for Creative Technologies.
The program runs June 3 to August 11, 2018. University housing, meals, and a stipend will be provided for the students.
If you have any undergraduates that may be interested, please let them know about our program. For more information, and the on-line application system, which is NOW OPEN, please visit https://www.cs.usc.edu/reu/
