44th Mechanisms and Robotics Conference
Mobile Robotics Symposium:
It is our pleasure to invite you to submit your research papers to the Mobile Robotics symposium. Robots have been rapidly become part of our daily lives and jobs with applications in industrial and medical settings, warehouses, space exploration, search and rescue after natural disasters, and urban security. This fact has created active research areas that focus on the design, development, and control of autonomous mobile robots, which capable of navigating and carrying out challenging tasks in complex, cluttered, unknown, and unstructured environments as well as interacting with humans.
This symposium will provide an opportunity for researchers to present and demonstrate their work in the area of mobile robotics (wheeled, legged, aerial, limbless robots) with topics span: 1) design, kinematics, and modeling; 2) dynamics and control; 3) mapping, localization, navigation, and motion planning; and 4) novel, bio-inspired, and soft mobile robots.
Authors and presenters are invited to participate in this event to expand international cooperation, understanding and promotion of efforts and disciplines in the area of Mobile Robotics. Dissemination of knowledge by presenting research results, new developments, and novel concepts in Mobile Robotics will serve as the foundation upon which the conference program of this area will be developed.
