Dear Colleagues and Friends,

Happy new year!

The 2018 IEEE International Conference on Real-time Computing and Robotics (IEEE RCAR 2018) will be hold in the beautiful island Kandima Maldives on August 1-5, 2018. (www.ieee-rcar.org<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__www.ieee-2Drcar.org&d=DwIGaQ&c=clK7kQUTWtAVEOVIgvi0NU5BOUHhpN0H8p7CSfnc_gI&r=0w3solp5fswiyWF2RL6rSs8MCeFamFEPafDTOhgTfYI&m=SH5nkmfCn4NKbkSeOY-kFkdZjdfLXPtyXt8R8uYhx9I&s=ZXPTBsVNlSs-_H5Cl6zzh8MJui4ppyQQubQCbGL5ZvE&e=>)

The objective of RCAR is to provide a forum for researchers in robotics, control, and real-time computing to share the latest results and explore the opportunity of research collaboration. The topic includes but not limited to advanced robotics, real-time control, sensor perception and fusion, robot intelligence, and human-robot interactions, etc. All presented full papers following IEEE format will be included into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei. Expanded versions of the accepted and presented papers with high quality will be invited for publication in Robotics and Biomimetics (a Springer open journal).

We cordially invite you to attend and contribute to the conference. In addition, you are warmly welcomed to organize a Special Session at RCAR2018. If you are interested to propose a Special Session (~5 registered presentations required), please send us ([hidden email]<mailto:[hidden email]>) the information of organizer, session name and tentative speakers.
